Child Development and Pedology (30 Marks): This section delves in the stges of child development, learning theories, child psychology, teaching methods, classroom management, and inclusive education.
Language-I ( 30 Marks): This section focuses on the language chosen by the candidate (Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, and Tamil). It coves grammar, vocabulary, literature, comprehension, writing skills, and communication techniques specific to the chosen language.
Language – II: (30 Marks): This section is mandatory fo all candidates and assesses their proficiency in English. It includes grammar, vocabulary, comprehension writing skills ( including creative writing ) and basic spoken English.
Mathematics (30 marks): This section covers fundamental mathematical concepts like Number System, Algebra, Geometry, mensuration, Statistics, and problem – solving techniques relevant to classes 1 to 5.
Environmental Studies (30 Marks): This section emphasizes environmental awareness and explores topics like ecosystems, Pollution, Conservation, natural resources, disaster management, and sustainable development.
TS TET 2024 Syllabus Paper II
Paper – II follows the same structure as Paper – I with Child Development and Pedology (30 Marks) and Language – II (English) (30 Marks) as common sections.
However, the remining sections differ based on the chosen stream: Mathematics and Science (for Science teachers) or Mathematics and Social Studies (for Social Studies teachers).
